This product is made according to the individual body measurements of each customer.

After the order details and payment have been confirmed, our staff will provide a measurement guide. The customer must submit all required measurements accurately.

Customers must measure carefully according to the provided instructions. Our staff may ask the customer to verify or retake certain measurements before production begins.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all submitted measurements. Significant changes in body measurements after production has begun may affect the fit of the finished product.

Before production begins, the customer must confirm the following details:

• Tail design
• Color palette
• Dorsal fin option
• Internal monofin option
• Body measurements
• Special effects
• Payment plan
• Estimated production time
• Shipping destination

Customers may provide reference images as guidance or inspiration. However, the shop may not be able to reproduce another artist’s work, copyrighted characters, or another company’s exclusive design exactly.

Colors displayed on a phone, tablet, or computer screen may differ from the actual silicone colors because of screen settings, lighting conditions during photography, photography processes, and the hand-coloring process.

Each silicone tail is individually handmade. The production process may include:

• Reviewing body measurements and order details
• Confirming the final design
• Producing the silicone body and scale textures
• Producing the fins and fluke
• Installing the internal monofin, if selected
• Applying and detailing the colors by hand
• Adding decorative effects
• Applying the final surface finish or glossy coating, if applicable
• Performing a quality inspection
• Packaging and preparing the product for shipment

Because this is a handmade, custom-made product, slight variations may occur in the color gradients, scale textures, painted details, silicone thickness, and final finishing.

These minor variations are normal characteristics of handmade silicone products and are not automatically considered product defects.

The estimated production time is approximately 2–3 months after all details and measurements have been confirmed and payment has been received according to the agreed terms.

Production time may vary depending on the following factors:

• Complexity of the design
• Painting and surface-finishing details
• Custom internal structure
• Production queue
• Weather and humidity during the painting or coating process
• Additional changes made before production begins

The stated production time is an estimate and does not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Customers who require the tail for an event or activity on a specific date should inform our staff before placing an order. The shop may not be able to accept urgent orders in every case.

Customers may pay a 70% deposit of the product price to confirm the order and begin production.

The remaining 30% balance, together with the actual shipping cost, must be paid after the tail has been completed and has arrived at the shop, before it is shipped to the customer.

The 70% deposit payment option is reserved for customers who contact and discuss the order details with our team through Instagram or WhatsApp before confirming the order. Payment must be made according to the agreement and through a payment link created by our staff.

Payment processing fees may apply depending on the selected payment method. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before payment.

Production will not begin until all of the following have been received and confirmed:

• Deposit payment
• Body measurements
• Complete design and order details

Once production has begun, the deposit is generally non-refundable because materials, labor, and production time have already been allocated specifically to the customer’s order.

The displayed product price does not include shipping from the shop to the customer.

Shipping costs will be calculated separately based on the following factors:

• Destination country or area
• Final packaged weight
• Package dimensions
• Shipping company
• Shipping service
• Shipping insurance or special handling

Domestic or international shipping costs will be provided after the destination and estimated package details have been reviewed.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, local processing charges, and any other fees imposed by the authorities in the destination country.

For certain countries, a tax-inclusive shipping option from the country of origin may be available. Availability must be checked with our team according to the customer’s destination.

Delivery time depends on the shipping company and customs procedures. Delays occurring after the product has been shipped are outside the shop’s direct control.

A silicone mermaid tail is designed to fit closely against the body and may feel tighter than ordinary swimwear.

The fit of the product depends on:

• The accuracy of the measurements submitted by the customer
• The wearer’s body shape and proportions
• Any changes in body measurements after production has begun

A custom silicone tail is not designed to fit loosely like ordinary clothing. Some pressure or resistance while putting on or removing the tail is normal.

When putting on or removing the tail, do not pull forcefully on thin fins, decorative edges, or painted areas.

The monofin should be selected according to the user’s skill level, leg strength, foot size, and intended use. The size and style of the fins should also be suitable for the user’s ability.

“Professional use” means that the tail is intended for regular practical use. It does not mean that the tail cannot split, tear, wear down, or require maintenance.

Professional users must regularly inspect, care for, and maintain the tail.

Before placing an order, customers should understand the characteristics of the material, proper usage, and care requirements.

Silicone Is Flexible but Can Be Damaged

Although silicone is strong and flexible, it can still be damaged in the following ways:

• The silicone surface may split, tear, or be punctured by sharp objects.
• Joints or seams may open because of pulling force.
• Decorative fins may tear if they are grabbed or pulled when lifting the tail.
• The fluke tips and heel areas may wear down from contact with the ground.
• Colors or surface coatings may become marked because of chlorine, salt water, sunlight, and continuous use.
• Silicone may become deformed because of folding, compression, or improper storage.

Damage caused by use and deterioration over time can occur with silicone products and does not mean that every case is a manufacturing defect.

A silicone adhesive for basic repairs is included with the set. Most small splits or openings can be repaired if they are addressed as soon as the damage is first noticed.

Customers should regularly inspect the condition of the tail, especially in the following areas:

• Side seams
• Ankle and heel areas
• Fin connection points
• Fluke edges and tips
• Monofin openings or foot-strap areas

If a tear or opening is found, use should be stopped to prevent the damage from becoming larger.

Other adhesives or chemicals should not be used without first checking their suitability. Some products may not bond with silicone or may damage the color and surface of the tail.

How to Reduce the Risk of Damage

• Put on and remove the tail on a towel, yoga mat, or another soft surface.
• Trim and smooth fingernails before putting on or removing the tail.
• Remove rings, bracelets, jewelry, and sharp objects before touching the tail.
• Do not grab or pull decorative fins to support, lift, or move the tail.
• Do not stand, walk, jump, or place body weight on the fluke tips.
• Avoid sitting on or dragging the tail across concrete, rocks, pool edges, or rough surfaces.
• Prevent the fluke from striking the floor, pool walls, stairs, or pool edges.
• Support the weight of both the body section and the fluke when moving the tail.
• Do not lift or move the tail by allowing all of its weight to rest on only one point.

A mermaid tail makes both legs move together and restricts the independent movement of each leg. It should therefore be used only with appropriate supervision and in a safe aquatic environment.

Users should follow these precautions:

• Practice using a monofin before using a full silicone tail.
• Practice in shallow water before swimming in deep water.

After use, follow these instructions:

• Rinse the inside and outside of the tail thoroughly with fresh water.
• Remove all salt, chlorine, sand, dirt, and makeup residue.
• Allow all water inside the tail to drain completely.
• Allow both the inside and outside of the tail to dry completely.
• Dry the tail in a shaded and well-ventilated area.
• Do not fold or store the tail while it is still wet.
• Avoid leaving the tail in strong direct sunlight for extended periods.
• Do not place heavy objects on the fins or fluke.
• Do not drag the silicone across rough surfaces, rocks, concrete, or pool edges.
• Avoid contact with sharp objects, jewelry, rough fingernails, or surfaces that may cause marks.
• Store the tail in a cool, dry place away from high heat.
• Properly support large fins during storage to prevent deformation.
• Avoid folding the tail or compressing the fin tips for extended periods.
• Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, highly concentrated solvents, or abrasive cleaning products.

Storing the tail while it is still damp may cause odors, mold, or internal damage.

Requests for changes after production has begun may:

Major changes involving the design, colors, body measurements, fin structure, or monofin system may require a new price assessment.

Custom-made products generally cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged because they are produced according to each customer’s individual measurements and specifications.
