Weight & Size Policy

If the customer’s body weight exceeds 80 kg, additional charges will apply for extra materials and labor.
The exact fee will be confirmed after reviewing the customer’s measurements, and production will proceed only after approval of the adjusted quotation.

Usage & Care Guidelines

This product is handcrafted and requires careful handling.
Avoid contact with rough surfaces, sharp objects, or direct sunlight and heat.
Use only in safe, controlled swimming environments.
Do not use in strong currents, open sea, or without adequate swimming experience.
After each use, rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow the tail to dry completely before storage.

They understand the production timeline and custom-made nature of the product. They agree to all terms regarding repairs, shipping, and warranty. Warranty & Responsibility

Each tail is handmade and custom-crafted, so minor imperfections such as air bubbles or uneven surface textures are normal and not considered defects.

The seller is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by improper use.

Once the product has been shipped, all risks of loss or damage are transferred to the customer.
Please inspect your parcel immediately upon arrival and report any transit issues.
If the tail becomes damaged and requires repair at the original factory:

The customer is responsible for all international shipping fees (both return and reshipment).

Repair costs will be determined after the factory’s inspection.

The manufacturer reserves the right to decline repairs if the damage is too severe to restore.
